Humor & Creativity “, open discussion, organized by Triple City, in the frame of Creative Monday. Participants shared different opinions about the role that humor plays in fostering creativity at work.

Moreover, recent studies show that humor serves as an important tool for fostering creativity and generating innovative solutions to various problems in the work environment.

At the end of the discussion, one of the basic ideas that prevailed was that humor, in most cases, affects positively the superior-subordinate relationship and the level of creativity.
