Future Agro Challenge Albania took place in Tirana on July 14, 2021 and was organized by Triple City in closed partnership with Adriapol Institute and Barleti University.
There was a high number of applications from which only 15 startups were selected to present their business idea on the final day. During the final event, the representatives of the startups had the opportunity to be trained for; marketing plan, financial plan and for pitching.
In the second part of the day was the presentation of business ideas in front of a jury which consisted of:
- Milva Ekonomi, Ministre e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural;
- Prof.Dr. Zana Guxholli, Rector of Barleti University;
- Alban Zusi, Entrepreneur;
During the event, the Ministry of Economy expressed support for each of the startups and businesses that participated in this activity with the instruments that the ministry has as well as structures and partners that the government has to finance and support business in the field of Agro.
The winner of this competition was the business "Zero to One" with representative Johan Xhomaqi, who will represent Albania in the international competition in October 2021, Greece.
While the three startups will be incubated in Triple City, for a period of 3 months coming to their aid with training, promotion, co-working spaces which are:
- Organik rosemary cultivation;
- Farm 3B;
Among other things, the startup represented by Meliha Zyberi in silk production, received the support of the Minister from the funds provided by the AIDA agency for the purchase of some equipment for silk processing.

- Open Call August 14, 2021;
- Deadline of application July 12, 2022;
- Selection process July 13, 2022;
- Final event July 14, 2022 (full day) ;
